After having this ring for 1mth. The stone fell out!! So upset..I found the stone but my Husband can't return it cause it's past the 30 days excatly,!! I'm so disappointed!! I wish he never ordered thus item and spent the $ he did on such a poor guilty item.What can u company do for me??
The ring completely cracked in a very short amount of time, 3 weeks to be exact. Not only did the ring break, but the color is already wearing off. I have tried to contact customer service numerous times and still have not received any reply. Very poor quality ring, even worse customer service. Don’t waste your money

I was also impressed with the Warranty Information and Certificate of Authenticity that are packaged with it. The ring itself is quite beautiful and fits to size. Five stars!
